Precision CNC Milling — Aerospace & Defense | Wichita, KS
Our CNC milling operations are built around accuracy, surface quality, and process consistency. We machine aluminum and non-ferrous metal components for tooling, fixtures, enclosures, and functional parts used in aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. Located in Wichita, KS — the Air Capital of the World — we hold our work to the spec sheet, not visual inspection alone.
What We Machine
Aluminum and non-ferrous metal components. Tooling and fixture plates. Enclosures and structural components. Custom functional parts to customer specification. Short-run and repeat production volumes for aerospace, defense, and industrial clients.
Our Approach
Every machining decision is driven by tolerance control, material behavior, and how the part integrates downstream. We do not cut corners to hit a price point. Tight tolerances are treated as requirements, not targets. Every job is set up to be reproduced — short-run today means production-ready tomorrow.
Capabilities
Multi-axis CNC milling. Tight tolerance work to customer spec. Aluminum and non-ferrous metal machining. Short-run and repeat production. Direct communication with engineers, buyers, and project managers throughout every job.
Equipment
Doosan DNM 500 — Vertical Machining Center
Our Doosan DNM 500 is a rigid, high-speed vertical machining center with a 1,020 × 540 × 510 mm work envelope and a 30-tool automatic changer. The 12,000 RPM CAT40 spindle delivers consistent surface finish and dimensional accuracy across aluminum and non-ferrous metals. Built for repeatability, the DNM 500 handles structural housings, enclosures, fixture plates, and precision machined components where tight tolerances need to hold across every part in a run — not just the first one off the table.
Mori Seiki NL2500 — CNC Turning Center
The Mori Seiki NL2500 extends our capability into precision turned components. It handles parts up to 14.4” in diameter and 27.7” in length, with a 3.1” bar capacity and a 12-station turret for complex turning operations. With a 25 HP spindle running at up to 4,000 RPM, the NL2500 is well-suited for shafts, bores, flanges, and symmetrical components machined from aluminum, steel, stainless, titanium, and Inconel. Tolerance capability to ±0.005 mm makes it a reliable choice for critical aerospace and defense turned parts.
Industries Served
Aerospace and defense. Industrial manufacturing. Product development and OEM. Commercial clients requiring precision machined components.
