Precision Machined Bushings

Bushings look simple on a print and are unforgiving in production. Bore size, wall concentricity, flange squareness, and surface finish all have to repeat across every piece in the lot, not just the first article. Titan Industries machines bushings on a CNC turning center with live tooling and a sub-spindle, so bore, OD, face, flange, and any cross holes or slots can be produced in the same chucking. Fewer setups means less stack-up and better part-to-part consistency.

Programs, tooling lists, and setup documentation are retained for every bushing part number we run, so a repeat release is a rerun rather than a new job.

Plain and Sleeve Bushings

Straight-wall bushings, sleeves, and liners held to bore and OD tolerance.

Spacers and Shims

Machined spacers where length, parallelism, and stack-up control matter.

Aerospace Bushings

Bushing details machined to aerospace drawings, including customer-furnished material.

Wear Bushings

Wear rings and bushings in hardened, stainless, and corrosion-resistant alloys.

Slotted and Cross-Drilled

Aerospace and Defense Bushings

Aerospace bushing work carries requirements beyond the geometry: material identification, traceability back to the certification, first article inspection, and documentation that travels with the parts. Titan Industries machines to customer-supplied drawings, inspection requirements, and documentation packages. See aerospace CNC machining for how we handle those requirements.

High-Volume Bushing Production

Bushings are usually not a one-time buy. If you are releasing the same part number several times a year, send the annual usage and the release schedule along with the drawing and we will quote it as production work rather than as a single lot. See high-volume CNC machining.
