Industrial Printing Services — Wichita, KS
Our industrial printing capabilities are engineered for environments that destroy consumer-grade materials. We produce durable graphics, overlays, labels, signage, and specialty printed components using engineered substrates and industrial inks designed for longevity, environmental resistance, and clarity under field conditions.
Applications
Equipment overlays and control panel graphics. Durable labels and asset tags. Safety and compliance signage. Specialty printed components for industrial integration. Short-run and production-volume print runs for aerospace, defense, and industrial clients.
Our Standards
Precision alignment, color consistency, and material compatibility are treated as engineering requirements — not aesthetic preferences. Every print run is held to dimensional and durability specifications before it leaves our facility. We work with substrates selected for the application: chemical resistance, UV exposure, temperature variation, and physical wear are evaluated before material selection is finalized.
Equipment
Printing
Vanguard VK300D-HS — Flatbed UV LED
Our Vanguard VK300D-HS is a 5’ × 10’ flatbed UV LED printer built for high-volume rigid substrate production. It handles substrates up to 4” thick — including aluminum, acrylic, polycarbonate, wood, glass, and metal — with instant UV cure and no off-gassing delay. White and varnish ink channels allow opaque printing on dark or transparent substrates and selectable gloss or matte finishes in the same run. Industrial Kyocera KJ4A printheads deliver up to 1,800 DPI with a minimum 4-picoliter dot, holding tight detail on equipment overlays, ADA-compliant signage, control panel graphics, and branded rigid displays. Six independently controlled vacuum zones and auto height detection keep registration accurate across mixed-thickness jobs.
Mimaki UCJV 330 — UV Roll-to-Roll Print/Cut
The Mimaki UCJV 330 handles roll media up to 54” wide with integrated UV-LED print and contour cut in a single pass. UV cure is instant, eliminating dry time and enabling same-day lamination, finishing, and delivery. White and clear ink channels support opaque prints on transparent films and selectable gloss or matte clear coats without a second press pass. At up to 1,200 × 1,800 DPI with 4-picoliter minimum dot size, it produces sharp decals, vehicle graphics, waterproof labels, window films, and specialty overlays. The integrated cutter reads registration marks automatically and cuts to contour immediately after printing — clean throughput with no manual repositioning between operations.
Cutting
Graphtec FC 9000 — Precision Vinyl Cutter
The Graphtec FC 9000 handles roll-fed vinyl and specialty media up to 64” wide with ±0.1mm positional accuracy and 600g of cutting force. Its ARMS optical registration system reads printed marks on glossy, metallic, reflective, and glitter surfaces — enabling precise contour cutting on pre-printed output from either of our UV printers without manual alignment. Cutting speed reaches 58.5 inches per second with 0.005mm mechanical resolution. Material range covers standard and reflective vinyl, sandblast resist, window tint, paint protection film, and heat-transfer materials. Used for die-cut decals, contour stickers, reflective safety signage, vehicle graphics, and sandblast stencils.
CWT Apex — Flatbed Digital Cutter
The CWT Apex is a digital flatbed cutting table handling sheet stock up to 63” × 98” and material thickness up to nearly 2”. It supports through-cut, half-cut, V-cut, creasing, routing, and engraving operations through modular tool heads — all software-driven with no manual die changeover. A high-precision CCD camera registration system compensates for print distortion and aligns cuts accurately to printed output. The vacuum table holds material flat across the full cutting area. Material range includes corrugated board, PVC, foam, fabric, leather, aluminum composite, MDF, gasket material, and specialty laminates. Used for finishing banners and rigid prints, cutting packaging blanks, fabricating custom shapes, and producing gaskets or panel components for industrial applications.
